Manavhela Ben Lavin Nature Reserve
Makhado, Limpopo
2,500 ha reserve about 12 km south of town in the Soutpansberg foothills, with bushveld, riverine woodland, archaeological sites and good birding. It was handed to the Manavhela community, so check access before visiting.
